GaMaYo 23 Showcase #20:
The Eternal Exodus at GaMaYo

More than 35 new games will be on show at GaMaYo on 21st November with 400 developers attending the event to try them out alongside publishers, investors and platform holders. The event is managed by Game Republic along with their Official Partners Red Kite Games, Barclays Games and Creative and Escape Technology

Today we look at demo number 20 confirmed to be at the event – a game from new studio Logic Labyrinth

The Eternal Exodus

What would be your description of your game?

The Eternal Exodus draws inspiration from chess, blending first-person hack ‘n’ slash action with permadeath. You find yourself trapped in a creepy cave, fighting off waves of undead pawns, bishops, and rooks. Use your sword, spear, or hammer to cut through the horde whilst pushing to survive a deadly, encroaching tornado.

How did development start? Were there any key inspirations or ideas that drove you?

Logic Labyrinth is a UK-based indie game studio, founded by a group of university graduates. We’re on a mission to turn our successful teamwork from university into a professional studio, focused on creating unique and engaging games.
