Over 400 developers will gather at the spectacular WX, Wakefield on 13th November for the biggest and friendliest indie game gathering in The North that will also include an exciting reveal of the Game Republic Awards. Over 40 new games are set to be shown off to developers, publishers and investors. There will be roundtables from industry leaders from Yogscast Games, Devolver Digital, Team17, Plus Accounting, Parker Consulting, Kando Factory on everything from pitching to getting published, managing your finances and more.
Many of the game demos confirmed to show off games at the event will be featured soon on the GaMaYo website. As always there will be a great range of new and unreleased or recently released games to play.
This event is run by Game Republic along with their Official Partners Barclays Games and Creative, Xsolla and Red Kite Games, with event sponsors Plus Accounting, Escape Technology, HP and AMD.
Game Republic Award nominations are open until 30th September. The winners will be revealed on the night and as usual there will be lots of socialising before, during and after the event.
